When you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately about any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

All guides, illustrations, graphics, logos and original content on the Site are the property of GuiaGamer or are licensed for use. Video game trademarks (GTA 6, EA Sports FC, Minecraft, Elden Ring, etc.) belong to their respective owners and are used for informational and reference purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or create derivative works of GuiaGamer content without express written permission.

5. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Premium subscriptions are managed through Paddle. By purchasing a subscription, you accept Paddle's payment terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your user dashboard.

Prices are subject to change. We will notify you in advance of any price changes to your subscription.

6. Refund Policy

We offer full refunds within the first 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the Premium service. To request a refund, contact admin@guia-gamer.com with your transaction number.

7. User-Generated Content

Users may post comments on the guides. By doing so, you grant GuiaGamer a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce and display such content. We do not publish content that infringes copyright, is illegal, offensive or promotes illegal activities. We reserve the right to remove any user-generated content without prior notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

GuiaGamer provides content "as is", without warranties of accuracy, completeness or timeliness. Guides are based on information available as of the publication date and may not reflect subsequent changes in the games. Use of the Site is at your own risk. We are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites (G2A, Ko-fi, social media). We have no control over the content or privacy practices of these sites and assume no responsibility for them.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes related to these terms will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
